Retrieving A Presentation

  1. Choose File, Open
  2. Make sure that you are in the correct directory, and the correct drive, if not change to the correct directory and drive. When you see the name of your file, double-click on the file name to open it, or click on the name once and then click on the OK button.
  3. The file is opend and you are returned to PowerPoint. You are now ready to run your slide show, edit you slides, or continue working on your file.
